Villarreal CF has reached an agreement with the Dominican soccer player Raquel Morcillo, who will wear the colors of Villarreal Femenino until 2025. At 24 years old, the Extremadura native arrives as a free agent after playing last season at Alhama CF ElPozo, where she played 24 games in the F League.
“I’m excited, because I’ve always liked Villarreal and when I played for Aldaia it was a team that caught my attention,” the player expressed after her signing, “I feel very comfortable and looking forward to getting started.”
Raquel Morcillo Aparicio (Don Benito, 04/08/1999) is a soccer player who, despite her youth, has extensive experience in the elite of women’s soccer. The player, a native of Don Benito, acts as an attacker, finding her best football from the left profile of the attacking front.
“The woman from Extremadura has a great character on the field of play and has an excellent left-footed shot,” they say from the yellow club.
Before joining Alhama CF ElPozo, the footballer previously played for Zaragoza CFF B, UD Aldaia CF and Granada CF (the team with which she was promoted to Reto Iberdrola).
