The Garum de Cáceres gastronomic circle, on the occasion of its sixth anniversary, presented this Thursday, September 28, its annual ‘Gastronomic Contest 2022-2023’ award with which it recognizes an establishment in the capital of Cáceres.
The award went in this edition to the La Fabiola restaurant, where the members of this Cáceres club presented the prize, a replica of an amphora in which the Romans traded garum, to the owner of the business, Juan Fernando Santisteban.
Garum is made up of a group of friends, lovers of gastronomy, who periodically meet to eat in Cáceres restaurants, honoring the winner of their contest at the end of the year with a prize.
